It is a quick-mix chocolate cake. I have for the 18th anniversary of the daughter of a friend. I started with 18 roses and finished with 20.

Step # 1 Make cake

2 cups Self raising flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of butter and margarine
1 egg
1 cup of yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
natural unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup

The big thing this cake is that you can combine in any way. Just throw everything in a large bowl and mix until the sugar is completely dissolved. I actually mixed it with my hands because my Blender is broken.
Cook until well risen or springs back when lightly pressed n in the Centre of the cake

Step # 2 Make Pelletisation.
1 pk unflavoured gelatin
1 tsp cream of tartar
5 cups of sugar, icing sugar
glucose liquid
Dissolve the gelatin with a little hot water. Add the other ingredients gelatin. Add enough liquid glucose to bind a smooth paste. Knead the dough for 10 min.
Take a piece of dough and add the desired colour.
Make flowers (calla Lilly, Roses etc), leaves, etc.
Leave to dry.

Step # 3
Applies to the basis. Then Royal icing.

Step # 4
After that icing has dried, apply in writing with the consistency of the pipe.

Step # 5
Apply the pink pelletisation.

Step # 6
Use descents of icing excess around the side piping.
