I googled and used the recipe from Martha Stewart of the polka dots cupcakes and incorporated his recipe for cheese ice cream. The cakes tasted wonderful!
I recommend cooking and decorate the same day to retain freshness. This was my first attempt to create small cakes on the 4th anniversary of my daughter and she enjoyed!
