Frosted peanut butter Cupcakes

1/2 peanut butter cup
shortening of 1/3 cup
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 Eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
peanut butter and sugar powder for "frosting".

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and muffins line with paper cups.
Put the peanut butter, shortening and vanilla in mixing bowl and cream speed high average with Blender.
Add brown sugar with Blender running until light and fluffy.
Add an egg, beating well, then add other eggs, beat until combined.
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
With mixer running, add a little flour mixture, then a bit of milk, then flour, and milk, until it is incorporated in the pulp.
Pour batter in cups muffin, 1/2 full of filling.
Bake in preheated oven at 18 to 20 minutes or until the cupcakes is firm.
Remove and cool on rack.
Spread enough on each cupcake peanut butter to look like frosting, then sprinkle with sugar powder a little on each.
It's a pretty cupcake "frosted" where the glaze melts hot weather.
