Delicious white cake recipe is almost p?ch?e. It is perfect for wedding cakes, anniversary or any type of cake cakes. Pair of this rich cake icing madeleines and they will be begging for another!
2 3/4 cups sifted flour4 TSP baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup of butter
1 1/2 cup of sugar
1 1/2 cup milk
aroma Vanilla 1 tsp
4 egg whites
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a mould cake of 9 x 13 or two 9 "round cake pans."
In a bowl of size medium, mix the flour sieved, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Cream butter and add gradually 1 cup sugar until fluffy.
Alternation of mixture of flour and milk, add small amounts at a time.
Mix until smooth between additions.
Mix in vanilla aroma.
In another bowl, beat the whites of eggs until foaming.
Add 1/2 cup of sugar, beating until soft peaks form.
Add the meringue paste mixture and mix well.
Pour the dough into two 9 "round pans or a 11 x 15 pan."
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
