shock of roses and petals of mud cake
This chocolate mud cake was made for the mother of a friend who was turning 70.
After the cake three layers and covering the chocolate ganache cake, I layers it with a thin layer of white shock fondant icing.
Pink, petals and leaves were all manufactured with modelling paste, and then from with the color.
Tape has been added to the last as a finishing touch.
