Halloween is my favorite time of the year besides Christmas. I love to see the children dressing up in their favorite characters. This is the Frankenstein's engagement party, perfect night for it.

The cake is a chocolate sheet cake covered in buttercream, with purple on top and orange on the sides to celebrate the holiday. The shell border was in orange on top and bottom with top 21. The moon was in white buttercream and patted with cornstarch.

The figures were done in Color Flow, as was the bats and lettering and attached with a bit more color flow.

I have my last class on Saturday and need to make 36 swirled drop flowers ahead of time to bring to class for the bottom of the cake. I made them- now how to get them from the paper plate to class? Every time I try to move them- they are frozen- they break apart. Help?

I have a yellow classic, I made the cake for my niece to a part of the Princess. The cake is yellow and rose were made also frosting.

I started with a small 3 "round and more than 50 mini cupcakes." I made the roses on the mini cupcakes and then made a cherry base on 3 "round and decorated with the bodrders and placed the Princess Tiana and prince Nabine on the cake."

I loved this cake.

Princess cupcakes

I googled and used the recipe from Martha Stewart of the polka dots cupcakes and incorporated his recipe for cheese ice cream. The cakes tasted wonderful!

I recommend cooking and decorate the same day to retain freshness. This was my first attempt to create small cakes on the 4th anniversary of my daughter and she was adored!

guns for a cookie bouquet

One of the girls who work with my sister, has a husband who is in firearms. His favorite cake is of red velvet. It is unusually red with two bottles of red. Cherry is cream cheese icing.

The border is with a peak of 21. the range target with a peak of 3. The numbers with a peak of 2. The guns have been molded chocolate.

A straw was placed to hold up to the gun to the back, as we travel through the very rough roads. Wanted to give something extra, and made a few cookies in the same theme.

Pink Pillow

Pillow pink

This cake was made for a Princess, it was a 12 square "that I cut the edges make it look like a pillow." I cover in a vanilla frosting, then deployed the basis of the rose and construct lines padded and added tiny puffs of vanilla icing.

I realized while I was in the toy store new toys play doh are fondant. Then I placed the tiara on the top. This cake was for a 13 years old, she enjoyed.

It is a quick-mix chocolate cake. I have for the 18th anniversary of the daughter of a friend. I started with 18 roses and finished with 20.

Step # 1 Make cake

2 cups Self raising flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of butter and margarine
1 egg
1 cup of yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
natural unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup

The big thing this cake is that you can combine in any way. Just throw everything in a large bowl and mix until the sugar is completely dissolved. I actually mixed it with my hands because my Blender is broken.
Cook until well risen or springs back when lightly pressed n in the Centre of the cake

Step # 2 Make Pelletisation.
1 pk unflavoured gelatin
1 tsp cream of tartar
5 cups of sugar, icing sugar
glucose liquid
Dissolve the gelatin with a little hot water. Add the other ingredients gelatin. Add enough liquid glucose to bind a smooth paste. Knead the dough for 10 min.
Take a piece of dough and add the desired colour.
Make flowers (calla Lilly, Roses etc), leaves, etc.
Leave to dry.

Step # 3
Applies to the basis. Then Royal icing.

Step # 4
After that icing has dried, apply in writing with the consistency of the pipe.

Step # 5
Apply the pink pelletisation.

Step # 6
Use descents of icing excess around the side piping.
